I actually like this game. A lot better than Minecraft, in my opinion. Love the graphics, and the music. The gameplay is fun, and addicting.

my roommate has this on his pc

It's just minecraft but in 2d. I'm sorry to say this I don't reallly like this game

I prefer the PC version because the controls on consoles are really hard to get used to. It is still fun though if you get used to it.

An amazing game! The retro style goes perfectly with the open world and sandbox style gameplay, there is so many loot you can collect and use, some are easier to find than others, you can spend hours building and perfecting your own personal world, you can try and beat all of the bosses in the game or you can explore the parts of your world you have never seen, truly a great title worth of a 5 star rating, a must have.

 P.N.03 - Nintendo GameCube
"looks interesting to me. maybe a little limited but I'm still going to pick it up..." - bloodstainedking

 Asura's Wrath - Xbox 360
"The question to ask is "How much am I willing to pay for a 26 episode anime series" as that is what you will be getting. The 'game', is a rudimentary brawler, a basic on rails shooter, and quick time events. The story is well presented sci-fi fantasy fare, just bear in mind that if it doesn't cater to taste, the game will not do much to make up for it. So be sure the subject matter is up your alley before diving in. If it is you're in for a ride, but if not, you may be left sick to your stomach." - leaon79s

 P.N.03 - Nintendo GameCube
"Fun gameplay and interesting concept but falls a little flat fighting the same enemies over and over in too-similar levels. Worth picking up though!" - Lorelli

Army of Two: The 40th Day - PlayStation 3
"Looks great and has more complex gameplay elements than before. There's more of everything: tactical options, weapons, destructibility, customizations, etc. As in all squad-based games there's the occasional partner AI hiccups but nothing significant, so the single-player mode is still fun. There are interactive NPCs in the game and situations that force you to make moral choices. The storyline is like that of a cool action film. An excellent modern shooter with a campaign that lasts 8-12 hours." - bootis

Army of Two - Xbox 360
"While the sequel is better, this was still an enjoyable action game. If you really like modern military shooters it is well worth picking up. In single-player the AI of your partner is quite good compared to what you got in other squad-based games of that time, such as Ghost Recon, Operation Flashpoint and Kane & Lynch. You can customize your weapons and gear. It has a decent action storyline. The campaign is 6-8 hours long; short but well worth the low current price. A good action game." - bootis
