A nice collection but not all the games control well on console and there are some omissions but there is plenty of fun for the price. Smash TV, Wizard of Wor, Root Beer Tapper, Gauntlet, Rampage, etc are fun arcade games that mostly translated well. There aren't a lot of extras and not all the games great but this collection is worth it for a fan of Midway classics. Hopefully we can get another collection later with more 90s titles like the Rush games.

While many of the games in this collection are excellent, and have stood the test of time well, some just don't measure up. Games like Robotron, Smash TV, Total Carnage, and the various shooters will play well, but some of the other title's were clearly meant to be played on their respective cabinets with their unique controls.

"Loved this game while I was growing up, but than learned of the superior version of this game for the PC Engine. This version is watered down, the graphics are not as impressive. Much of the soundtrack remains intact, but this version comes with the easy mode (gold dragon) of the hard mode (blue dragon)." - chronictron

Dragon Spirit: The New Legend - Nintendo Famicom
"This is a great shooter. The cut-scenes were awesome too. It's pretty cool and aside from Dino Riki it's my favorite vertical shooter on NES. It's still pretty easy to find and the price is reasonable, so I would suggest it for any fan of shooters and NES collectors of course." - 400krispykremes
