RECENT CGR COMMUNITY REVIEWS

 BurgerTime - NES
"A pretty decent port. The problem with it though, is that by the mid-to-late 1980s, the early style of "play until you lose, and see how far you make it.", had lost its flavor to a lot of gamers, who instead opted for games that could be beaten." - sherberttcat

 Panasonic 3DO FZ-1 Console - Panasonic 3DO
"The 3DO was plagued with problems. It's price, and a dearth of quality games, being chief among them. It did have a killer port of Wolfenstein 3D though." - sherberttcat

 Toy Story - Super Nintendo
"While similar to just about every regard to the Genesis version, the SNES port pulls ahead in the audio and visual departments." - sherberttcat

 Toy Story - Sega Genesis
"Its a solid game, but the Genesis's technical limits have never been more apparent. Everything from the audio samples, to the visuals has a "Not as good as it should be" quality to them." - sherberttcat

 Mortal Kombat - PC
"Before we had arcade emulated home ports came along, this was about as good as it got.Graphically, and gameplay wise, this port is unmatched. The Midi music leaves a lot to be desired, however, but this was fixed with a later CD edition release. The controls can be assigned to the keyboard or a controller. I find that using the keyboard offers extremely precise input for the various moves and fatalities. It runs in Dosbox, so playing it on a modern computer is actually a viable option." - sherberttcat
