F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin - PlayStation 3

F.E.A.R. 2 is an intense, storyline driven first person shooter that is creepy as #$#! As if Poltergeist wasn't bad enough, now you have to gun your way through a military conspiracy and supernatural beings. Alma a super creepy!!

I'm nit a PC fan, but this game would've been better on PC. Anyway F.E.A.R was a great series. And well it'sstill is, I feel the that it's not the same, why? because they added the mech levels where you shoot down your enemies with a mech, still a great game

FEAR2 is an FPS with creepy environments/effects, great level design, and awesome shooting mechanics. It has a storyline that combines 'Akira' with 'Ringu'; i.e. the psychic power gone haywire thing + paranormal stuff. What I like the most about the game is the shooting mechanics, which is additively fun. The creepiness of the game is perfectly balanced to draw you in and keeps the tension up. In many ways it is similar in feeling to 'Doom 3' and 'Quake 4', except it has a paranormal focus.

This is a decent shooter. The story is not stellar but the gameplay is solid and serviceable. There's not much going on with the pretty unappealing environments and settings. The mech stages are a nice change of pace, the addition of fast moving melee enemies helps, and the guys that raise the dead are interesting, but the game is mostly a fairly bland shooter without a great story. It's still good, though, and the F.E.A.R. lineage adds something at the very least. It's a solid but not amazing.

The game is a lot of fun but liked the first one better. This one isn't that scary but creepy nonetheless.

"Sounds like they wanted to emulate the tv show "Airwolf" with the music selections. Certainly a good start for the game, but that is where it ends." - scipioafricanus

 Dynamite Headdy - Sega Genesis
"It's WAAAY too hard (speaking strictly about the US version). Any enjoyment I would've gotten out of this game was entirely overshadowed by the sky-high difficulty level, which is a real shame because the game is generally well made." - Smash Bros Maestro

 Revolution X - Sega Genesis
"This port is so bad that I hope everyone involved was punched right in their dick." - sherberttcat

 Revolution X - Sega Genesis
"I actually had a bit of fun with the arcade version of this game. It was a light heart-ed version of the T2 arcade game. THIS steaming pile of a port is absolute crap. The Genesis version has terrible vocals, hideous sound effects, and horrendous slow down. Stay far away from this version. It just isn't any fun." - dschult3

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater - Sega Dreamcast
"Great game with an amazing soundtrack and awesome multiplayer options. I feel like it's aged just a tiny bit, but it's still playable today." - A Lonely Weeaboo
