F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin - PlayStation 3

F.E.A.R. 2 is an intense, storyline driven first person shooter that is creepy as #$#! As if Poltergeist wasn't bad enough, now you have to gun your way through a military conspiracy and supernatural beings. Alma a super creepy!!

I'm nit a PC fan, but this game would've been better on PC. Anyway F.E.A.R was a great series. And well it'sstill is, I feel the that it's not the same, why? because they added the mech levels where you shoot down your enemies with a mech, still a great game

FEAR2 is an FPS with creepy environments/effects, great level design, and awesome shooting mechanics. It has a storyline that combines 'Akira' with 'Ringu'; i.e. the psychic power gone haywire thing + paranormal stuff. What I like the most about the game is the shooting mechanics, which is additively fun. The creepiness of the game is perfectly balanced to draw you in and keeps the tension up. In many ways it is similar in feeling to 'Doom 3' and 'Quake 4', except it has a paranormal focus.

This is a decent shooter. The story is not stellar but the gameplay is solid and serviceable. There's not much going on with the pretty unappealing environments and settings. The mech stages are a nice change of pace, the addition of fast moving melee enemies helps, and the guys that raise the dead are interesting, but the game is mostly a fairly bland shooter without a great story. It's still good, though, and the F.E.A.R. lineage adds something at the very least. It's a solid but not amazing.

The game is a lot of fun but liked the first one better. This one isn't that scary but creepy nonetheless.

 NBA Street - Nintendo GameCube
"It's a good sports game" - bendrowned33

 Battleship - Xbox 360
"A very cool sci-fi adventure. It adds something unique to the FPS genre by introducing a strategic element in the form of ship commands, as well as ship combat. So its not another "generic" shooter, it actually does something that's very different. The shooting controls really surprised me, they did not feel any worse than what you got in Halo. You also get to use some really cool weapons. Visually the game looked really nice. While launched as a "budget game" it certainly didn't feel like one." - unsheep

Star Trek: The Video Game - Xbox 360
"During larger fire-fights the combat controls could be very frustrating, in smaller fights they were fine. Playing the game in stealth was really fun though: as you set tactical traps for the enemy using decoys, by hacking turrets etc. The weapons and gadgets were really fun to use. I also enjoyed the adventure storyline and mixed gameplay. I only encountered two bugs in the whole game, which is not that much. Visually the game goes from 'great' to 'Original Xbox'-era. A fun game overall though." - unsheep

 F1 2013 - Xbox 360
"A good game but I though F1 2012 had better physics when played on a controller, and F1 2011 was even better. You now have fewer difficulty levels to choose from, making it harder to find the right level to suit you. The AI don't face the same tyre wear as you do and take corners much faster than what is realistic, especially on a wet track, so don't expect the racing to be 100% fair in this game. Overall I thought the previous games were better, as there are some balancing issues with this one." - unsheep

 Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 - Xbox 360
"Excellent physics, when moving your guys around it feels like they have a weight to them. Consequently the gameplay is slower...but also more realistic, especially when considering the other elements of the gameplay; dribbling, passing, how the ball moves etc. And the AI is really smart when compared to Fifa 13/14, they can actually act on their own. The game has lengthy tutorials for those who are new. It had a few screen tears in the cut-scenes but nothing that affected my gameplay. Great !" - unsheep
