the second installment in the excellent doom franchise what could be better in life than blasting demons in the face with a double barrel shotgun and picking up the beserk powerup to puch demons so hard that captain falcon would be jealous also as many have said there are many many mods for this game so many you could spend the rest of eternity in hell and you might enjoy it too..

a pure classic that has aged gracefully for a lot of fans, though i find myself praising doom 3 more. doom 2 has some of the most amazing mods sadly only available on PC, so this version isn't the most recommended version imo. its a little dry on variation and wont do much more than play the classic which is still good, though i think you should definitely get doom 2 on PC and a few wads to play over skulltag instead.

I got this in the Doom 3 BFG edition pack. I never played this back in the day. I love the game play for the game, I just majorly dislike the controls so I got on steam and downloaded the PC version and modded it to the Brutal Doom version which is the version I recommend. If you feel like you must have it on PS3 or 360, then this one will work cause this is the original PC version with the original controls. Those controls just didn't age too well.

When I was 9 years old I told my Uncle Ron that I liked video games. He excitedly pulled me to his PC, and fired up Doom II. My mind was blown. I not seen anything like that before. At this point, of course, it's passe. But in its day, Doom II showed me that the science fiction of today could easily become the reality of tomorrow.

 Peggle - Xbox 360
"This game is stupidly addicting. Its the kind of game where you look at it, and you're like "Oh, this looks ok", but then you get hooked. Whether it's the deceptively simple yet challenging gameplay, or colorful graphics, or the little rush you get when you get that last little orange peg, or the colorful fun cartoony style characters, the way the game shakes things up every 5 levels to keep things fresh or some combination of all the above, this game keeps you playing. So yeah, check it out!" - svenbtb

"These also stick to butts, which is a far more entertaining use for them!" - sherberttcat

 Borderlands 2 - PlayStation 3
"the story is alright, the graphics are a bit cartoonish, and after seeing the main villain and hearing what he does in the game, all i want to do now is blow his head off. i love this game but it can get a bit boring to play it as its not really the most fast paced game out there, and the firefights can get to be a bit boring, even when your playing with someone. overall i still think this is an awesome game but if the first one still had its servers up Id play that then give my opinion on this." - lukefonfabre388

Sega Saturn Console - Sega Saturn
"i want to get one of these but the prices for those games are just too much for me. maybe someday we'll see the prices go down and i can collect games for it but thats a big IF right there. i still think this would be one of my favorite consoles of all time but that really depends on whether or not im pleased with the games. but i think it does have the potential to be one of my favorites." - lukefonfabre388

Control Pad (Mega Drive) - Sega Genesis
"Not the best, not the worst." - sherberttcat
