Beowulf: The Game review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Beowulf: The Game for Playstation 3 developed and published by Ubisoft. It is time to become a hero, the greatest hero, Beowulf. You will take control of the greatest hero as he and his Thanes battle across Denmark, defeating such monsters as the sea monster, Grendel, and the Dragon. The game plays much in the same style as most modern action games, with light and heavy attacks, and dodges. What sets this game apart is that Beowulf can command his Thanes to work with him and accomplish goals. The action is brutal and fast, with Beowulf able to release his powers at the cost of his health. The Beowulf story is one of the greatest ever told, and now you can be the hero.
