Dragon Spirit review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Dragon Spirit from Namco and Atari Games for Playstation 3. Do you wish Xevious was even more awesome, then Dragon Spirit is the game for you. The game plays much like Xevious, with enemies coming at you from two separate planes, the air and the ground, but changes things with new additions and dragons. One major difference is the setting, which is a fantasy world filled with enemies and dragons. There are separate levels or zones, each ending in a big boss fight that will test your skills. One great thing is the inclusion of power-ups which can have your dragon grow a second or third head and deal out even more damage. The game does have that arcade difficulty and will test even the best of players. It’s Xevious with dragons, what’s not to love?
