Slalom video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Slalom from Rare and Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Like most of the games in the NES sports series, Slalom is a simple game. You control a skier, you pick a slope, you try to make the qualifying time. It has the addictive gameplay that makes the best NES sports games so timeless, but it also shows a degree of technical savvy that would become a Rare calling card. It moves fast, there’s stuff screaming by…there are kids on sleds. Must be a snow day.
