Cyborg Justice is a classically styled 2D beat 'em up. Think games like Turtles in Time, but with customization, emphasis on individual battles and the most complicated fighting system ever. You start by creating your cyborg, of which there are more than 200 combinations. Sadly, stale gameplay and overcomplicated mechanics make this game more frustrating than fun.
