Jetpack Joyride review.Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Jetpack Joyride from Halfbrick for Playstation 3. Everyone dreams about cruising through the world on a jetpack. There is just an innate aspect to jetpacks that make them awesome. Halfbrick understands this and has created an endless runner, but instead of running you are riding a jetpack. A big difference for the game over others in the genre is that there is more to do than just beating your best time. There are coins that you can collect, which can then be spent on new outfits, jetpacks, and gadgets. Also, there are challenges, little tasks that need to be completed in addition to going for distance. These earn you stars which will be used to level up, earning a big coin payday. Jetpack Joyride takes the tried and true formula of an endless runner and shakes things up with some big additions, all making a game that's even more addicting than others in the already addicting genre.
