Xevious Resurrection review.Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Xevious Resurrection from Namco Bandai for Playstation 3. Xevious returns like the school bully, ready to beat you up again and take your lunch money. This is a remake of the original game, updating the graphics but keeping the gameplay, as frustrating as it can be. You have to alternate your shots between missiles and bombs, focusing on two separate planes. All the while, shots are coming at you from every direction. This is Xevious and this is challenging. All this is kept the same, but the graphics and visuals have been completely revamped. Although Xevious never really needed it, Xevious Resurrection brings the game up to date and redoes it wonderfully.
