Classic Game Room reviews VANDAL HEARTS II from Konami released in 1998 for the Sony PlayStation! The second Vandal Hearts game from Konami boasts an even larger map, more battles, characters and multiple endings as well as a unique turn-based battle system. Classic Game Room named its hero Groovy, a peasant who finds himself in love with a noble girl, Adele. Thrust into events beyond his control, Groovy is framed for murder and leaps out a window only to wind up many years later fighting in the middle war sparked by the events that led to his framing in the first place. Is Adele still alive, is love still true or are you enjoying that mercenary lifestyle too much to care? Vandal Hearts 2 has untold of hours of tactical gameplay, hundreds of weapons, armor and magic spells and that tactical game play style that should appeal to fans of other games in the genre like Front Mission, Final Fantasy Tactics and Tactics Ogre.
